RETIREMENT
A defined contribution retirement plan is offered for eligible employees through TIAA-CREF. GA will match the employee's contribution up to 5% of base salary during the first three years of employment.
TUITION REMISSION
GA's tuition remission policy - for those who qualify - includes full tuition from Kindergarten through 12th grade for a total of 2 children who qualify for admission and for whom space is available.

Germantown Academy employs more than 340 faculty and staff in full and part-time positions during the year. Members of our community hail from all over the country and overseas, and many move to the area to become a part of the GA family.
While some faculty and staff travel to GA from as far as Doylestown and Exton, a large majority arrive daily from Ambler, Fort Washington, Glenside, Lansdale, Norristown, North Wales, and Oreland, as well as sections of Philadelphia, including Mount Airy, Chestnut Hill, Germantown, and Roxborough.

Faculty, staff and students from all over the area utilize the SEPTA regional rail and bus system to head to and from GA each day. The Lansdale/Doylestown train line is directly across the street from the school, and the bus stop is across the street from the train station. Train riders come from the city of Philadelphia to Doylestown and everywhere in between.
